How do I become a wholesaler?

It’s super simple to become a wholesaler, all you need to have is an 8 digit EIN #. The next step is to register, go to the wholesale section of our website. The link is on the bottom navigation bar. Fill out the necessary information and you are immediately added to our wholesale list. Once you have access to the wholesale section, you can order at our dropship prices. Remember you need to place orders for the minimum quantities so that the wholesale price is reflected in the shopping cart.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California. UPS is our preferred carrier, which offers the best price, tracking and speedy delivery. US delivery rates are automatically calculated based on your delivery location.

How long does it take to ship orders?

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Any orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following business week. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day.

Are you usually in stock? how does the back-order process work?

Yes, we usually have all of our products in stock and available to ship. If we are not in stock of the particular item you are ordering you can still place your order. You will be charged for the entire order at the time the order is placed. Once the product is in stock, your remaining order will be shipped out at no shipping charge.

Do you have minimums?

Yes, we have minimum orders on our swaddling blankets. Snug & Tug has a minimum is 12 units per order. The Wonder Bumpers currently do not have a minimum. This is an introductory offer for a limited time and is subject to change.

Do you have minimum order?

Yes, these are the same quantities as our regular minimums. If you only need to order 1 or 2 units, you will get our dropship price of 35% off through the wholesale store. You will be in charge of paying the actual shipping costs.

Can i buy one individual bumper?

Yes, we do offer drop ship. Go Mama Go Designs has implemented new drop-ship procedures and we ask that our drop-shippers follow this process to ensure the most efficient delivery of product and payment of goods. This is how it works:

If you are not a current drop-ship account you can download images for your site on our press page under Media Files, http://www.gomamagodesigns.com/press. All drop-ship accounts need to follow the same procedure as wholesalers. Our wholesale store provides the 35% dropship discount automatically. Wholesale prices are calculated at the shopping cart if you respect the minimums. Your order will go directly to our fulfillment center and the credit card used for the order will be charged.
We request you send an electronic copy of a receipt from your store to your customer. The purchased item will be shipped the following day. It will include a packing slip with no pricing information.

How do you handle manufacturer returns?

Go Mama Go Designs will handle manufacture returns for defective products only. Otherwise the store or website owner is responsible for the return and must be handled within their return policy..
