Orders are shipped from a fulfillment center in California. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Any orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following business week. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day. USPS is our preferred carrier, which offers the best price, tracking and speedy delivery. US delivery rates are automatically calculated based on your delivery location. International shipping is a flat rate of $19.99.

Go Mama Go Designs return policy satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any item for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of receipt. You may return any new/unused item(s) in original condition (including original packaging) for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 60 days of receipt.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return and be sure to provide us with the information below. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
